Clientcare tv Limited was born of a desire to provide professional and honest business development & marketing solutions, specifically to the legal profession. The Directors, collectively, have over 30 years experience within the field of business marketing and in particular, over 10 years knowledge of the legal industry.

Why we are...

Clientcare tv understand the difference between a customer and a client. A customer comes in and buys a service you provide; you may or may not see them again... Clients know everything about you and the services you provide, they rely upon you to be there for them, because they know they can. They will refer to you as their solicitor and be happy to recommend you to friends and family.
Your first and possibly only chance to win a client depends upon your ability market yourself.

What makes you different?
To convert a customer to a client and establish a lifelong relationship you will need to make the most of this first opportunity, show him that you are different and tell him all the ways you can help through his lifetime.
Experience has shown us that Solicitors are often not proactive in marketing themselves and their services, being on the High Street or in Yellow Pages will not, in itself, bring a customer come back.
